EDIT YOUR DNA™

Life Enhancement Sessions

WHAT IF “THAT’S JUST WHO I AM” ISN’T THE WHOLE TRUTH?
Some parts of you may be original. Other parts may have been shaped by what you experienced, what people expected from you, what you had to survive, or what you repeated for so long that it eventually felt normal.
Edit Your DNA™ Life Enhancement Sessions are private, one-on-one conversations that help you slow down, look more closely at your life, and ask one powerful question:

WHO EDITED YOU?

Together, we’ll explore what still feels true to who you are, what may no longer belong, and what you want to be more intentional about moving forward.

These sessions are not therapy, and they are not traditional coaching. They are honest, intentional conversations for the woman who knows something in her life is ready to shift—even if she doesn’t have the words for it yet.

You don’t have to become someone else.

You may simply need to reconnect with who you were before life started making edits.

HOW IT WORKS

Every life is a manuscript. Some of it is original. Some of it was written over — by what you survived, what you were told, what you had to become to get through. Edit Your DNA™ is five private conversations built to help you tell the difference.

Session One — Opening the Manuscript

We begin with your story, told in your own words, without an agenda. You are not being assessed. You are being read.

Session Two — Who Edited You?

Together, we go looking for the actual editors — a parent's expectations, a culture's rules, a relationship, a trauma, a message repeated so long it stopped feeling like someone else's voice. This isn't about blame. It's about authorship.

Session Three — Original Text vs. Overwritten Text

We sort what still feels true to who you are from what was pasted in by someone or something else. This is where the question "who edited you" stops being rhetorical and becomes specific to your own life, line by line.

Session Four — The Re-Edit

You begin writing the replacement — in your own words, for the beliefs and patterns we named together. You'll receive a signed copy of Edit Your DNA between sessions three and four, with a specific chapter to sit with before we meet again.

Session Five — Final Draft

Not "you're fixed." You'll leave knowing what belongs to you, how to recognize a new edit as it's being written, and what you're choosing to carry forward — in your own handwriting, not someone else's.

You don't have to become someone else. You may simply need to reconnect with who you were before life started making edits.

EDIT YOUR DNA™ — THE PODCAST
ON SPOTIFY & YOUTUBE

Before I could help anyone else find their edits, I had to find mine.

Season One is my own story — told in full, no filter — because I believe the most honest way to introduce this work is to show you what it looks like on me first. Ten episodes. Ten edits. One question running through all of them: what happened may have written this, but does it have to stay?

EDIT YOUR DNA: DESIGNED, NOT ASSIGNED

Who were you before life started making edits?

Family, culture, relationships, disappointment, survival, and other people’s expectations can quietly shape what we believe about ourselves, what we accept, and what we think is possible.

Edit Your DNA: Designed, Not Assigned helps you recognize what life may have written over you and begin separating who you were designed to be from who you learned to become.

This isn’t a book about turning yourself into someone new. It’s about recognizing what has always been there, deciding what no longer belongs, and reclaiming the right to be more intentional about what gets written next.

Edit Your DNA the Book is now available on Amazon.com. The book gives you the language and foundation for understanding life’s edits. The Life Enhancement Sessions give you a private space to explore how those edits may be showing up in your own life.

The premise is the same. The difference is that the conversation becomes personal.

A Little Something for Your DNA

STILL IN THE CODE
An Edit Your DNA™ Reflection — Complimentary Edition

Life can edit a lot.

It can edit what you believe about yourself.
What you expect.
What you attempt.
What you tolerate.
Even what you think is possible for you.

But an edit is not the same thing as an erasure.

Still in the Code is a short reflective experience designed to help you look beneath what life has written over you and consider what may still be there—untouched, waiting to be recognized again.

Before you decide something in you is gone, ask a different question:

What if it’s still in the code?

This guide is a Complimentary Reflection Guide (It's different from the "Still In The Code" Poetry Book). This is my gift to you. No purchase required.
